Help us to 'Keep the Wheels Turning' on our Mobile Chemotherapy Unit Project by donating today!

Hope for Tomorrow is a dedicated charity with a single aim; to bring cancer treatment closer to patients' homes.

Our aim is to support patients who are going through chemotherapy by alleviating the stresses and strains of travelling long distances for appointments, along with reducing hospital waiting times. As a cancer charity, we understand that time is a crucial factor for patients, so we work towards giving patients back some of these precious moments to spend with family and friends.

One of our previous patients said of the charity "I was told of the Mobile Chemotherapy Unit (MCU) and I hoped I could use it. It came to where I lived and it would mean so much to me to have more time at home than at hospital. I enjoyed going to the MCU, strange to enjoy it I know, but it meant so much. The experience on the unit let me have 'something normal' during something that wasn't. I love what Hope for Tomorrow gave me and I hope a Mobile Chemotherapy Unit can be in every county for everyone who needs it. Thank you!"

The charity has 10 MCUs operational in Gloucestershire, Somerset, North Wiltshire, South Wiltshire, Hampshire, East Kent, Lincolnshire, Cornwall, West Suffolk and East Essexwith an additional reserve MCU (to ensure continuity of service during our maintainence).

Hope for Tomorrow introduced the world's first Mobile Chemotherapy Unit in 2007 and we are aiming for at least one Unit in every county.

In 2016, we were honoured to be presented with The Queen's Award for Enterprise in the Innovation Category. The award, the UK's highest accolade for business success was made in recognition of our achievements since our Founder, Christine Mills launched the charity in 2003.

With each unit costing the charity £260,000 to launch and a minimum of £15,000 per annum per vehicle to keep on the road there is always something to fundraise for!

On behalf of all of our patients we would like to say a huge thank you for your support.

** Your donation represents a vital contribution to Hope for Tomorrow's ongoing Mobile Chemotherapy Unit Project and will be used where the need is greatest to help bring cancer treatment closer to patients' homes.
