Run, jog or walk 5k and raise money to support the independence and wellbeing of older people. All abilities welcome.

Joining instructions

All are welcome. The registration fee is a £10 donation to Age Concern Southampton. Places are strictly limited and offered on a first come first served basis. Call 02380 368636 (Mon-Fri) or email events@ageconcernsouthampton.org.uk with your full name, contact number and address, stating which event you are interested in taking part in.
