MHFS 10k for Men 2010

The fifth annual MHFS 10k for Men will be held in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow on Father's Day, June 20th - Come along and be part of the great atmoshphere and help make a difference to your health and the health of all men and boys in Scotland!
Joining instructionsThe 10k is open to all men, aged 15 and over on the day - we get guys in their 80s, seasoned runners and lots of first-timers - it's a chip-timed event, so you'll get an accurate time, whether you're taking just over 30 minutes, or nearer a couple of hours! Lots of people will be there to cheer you on and you'll get a fab Goody Bag and medal at the end! (and lots of other fun stuff too!)
