Visibility
Homepage
Visibility works to open up a no-limits world to children and adults with sight loss in Glasgow and the west of Scotland. We believe that sight loss should not be a barrier to a happy, inclusive childhood full of choices, opportunities, challenges and fun. We believe that sight loss should not be a barrier to living a full and happy adult life in a society which embraces equality, diversity and choice and independence for all.
We provide a wide range of support and services to blind and partially sighted children and adults and have developed a reputation for finding innovative ways to improve peoples life choices through helping them develop increased confidence and independence. For more details on our work please visit www.visibility.org.uk.
Donations have made it possible for us to change thousands of lives over the past 150 years. We were founded in 1859 through donations and we still rely on public support to keep our work alive. These are difficult times for most charities and Visibility is no exception - your support is more important than ever, more people ask for our help every day so please help us continue to change the lives of blind and partially sighted people for another 150 years.
