bid services is a charity based in the West Midlands which was set up to support Deaf and hard of hearing people. Its mission is "Working in partnership with deaf people to provide high quality services and opportunities that enable deaf people and the other communities that we work with, to have broader choices and control over their lives”. This is achieved by our many services and we are always looking at innovative ways to support Deaf and hard of hearing people to have more control over their lives. Our service portfolio includes Supporting People, Employment Services, Care Management, Equipment Services,Communication Support which includes British Sign Language Interpreting, Sign Language classes as well as Deaf Awareness Training. bid services is based in the UKs first Deaf Cultural Centre that was built to enable people to explore Deaf Culture and for Deaf and hard of hearing People to have a centre where their needs can be fully met.
