PACTs purpose is to build and strengthen families.
It does this by seeking adoptive homes for children, supporting foster carers to provide nurturing homes and supporting families who would welcome extra advice, skills or parenting help. These opportunities are provided through a network of Family Centres and similar projects within communities.
