The British countryside is one of our greatest national assets. Not only does it provide 70% of our water and 60% of our food but it is vital for tourism and recreation. The Prince’s Countryside Fund gives grants to projects that support the people who care for the countryside. It tackles four key issues:

  • Improving service provision in rural areas
  • Supporting farming businesses
  • Supporting rural enterprise
  • Providing training opportunities for young people

The Prince of Wales’s charity has helped more than 160,000 people since 2010 and has given away over £6m in grants to 135 projects across the UK. We aim to give 90p from every £1 donated to the projects and people we support.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising and donation page. We hope that you will choose to support our work. If you would like more information, please visit our website www.princescountrysidefund.org.uk  or call 020 7566 6615.

The Prince's Countryside Fund responds to the wide spread flooding throughout the UK

The Prince’s Countryside Fund is continuing to work alongside The Prince’s Business Emergency Resilience Group (BERG), an initiative of Business in the Community to support the many rural communities across the UK affected by flooding following a series of major storms.

The Prince’s Countryside Fund has launched a major fundraising appeal. If you would like to make a donation towards this to help assist farmers, rural businesses and communities now and in their longer-term recovery please visit: www.virginmoneygiving.com/fund/2015floodappeal

In early December The Prince's Countryside Fund responded to the wide spread flooding in Northern England and Scotland and released £40,000 from its Emergency Fund. The donation is supporting rural communities, farmers and businesses to get back on their feet including those most recently affected.
