The Menzies Charitable Trust
Homepage
The Menzies Charitable Trust administers and maintains Castle Menzies, its Walled Gardens and the Old Kirk of Weem, in Perthshire, Scotland.
Situated in magnificant Highland Perthshire, Castle Menzies is an important national monument, being a spectacular example of a Z-plan sixteenth century Scottish castle. Castle Menzies was the hereditary seat of the Chiefs of the Clan Menzies for over 400 years and continues to be the home of the Menzies Clan Society.
The entire castle is a museum, with every room and tower open to visitors, a fact that they regularly praise. We welcome thousands of visitors from around the world each year.
The Menzies Charitable Trust receives no grants or funding from other bodies and is entirely reliant upon visitors and donations to remain functioning. We very much welcome all donations.
Any enquries relating to the Trust or the making of any donations should be directed to the Treasurer of the Menzies Charitable Trust via the email link on this page or by writing to Castle Menzies, clearly marking your envelope "For the attention of the Treasurer".
