BYHP (Working with Young People) is based in Banbury, Oxfordshire and works with vulnerable young people aged predominately 16 - 25 years. BYHP offers advice and information to young people facing housing problems, family mediation for young people and their families, a daily drop in where young people can speak in confidence to a staff member, take part in a group activity, learn new skills. BYHP also has a dedicated Domestic Abuse worker and an Alcohol worker. BYHP works with young people who are NEET (not in employment education or training) to assist them to become EET by taking part in the Unlocking Potential scheme where they can attend training and gain AQA's and work experience in a Social Enterprise Scheme. The young people on the scheme will also receive help with help with their CV and support for their future with finding further training and job searching.
