We provide affordable housing along with the support, training and employment opportunities that give our customers (many of whom are vulnerable, disabled or disadvantaged) the chance to realise their potential and transform their lives and those of their families.

Last year we helped 9,000 people across Central England to reduce their personal debt, maximise their income or avoid eviction; we helped around 1,800 people access education, training or paid employment.
