Dr. Kershaw's Hospice provides specialist palliative care for adults with non-curable life-limiting illnesses in a peaceful and homely environment. Our services include a 24 hour in-patient unit, a day hospice, a daily pain clinic and a full range of support facilities. We promote research into the care and treatment of persons suffering from any such illness and support the teaching and training of doctors, nurses, physios and other persons engaged in palliative care. Dr Kershaw's serves a population of 230,000 people from Oldham and its surrounding districts. Our services are provided free of charge.
