The Jubilee Sailing Trust is a unique charity, with the only two tall ships in the world designed and built to enable people of all physical abilities to sail together.

Its aims are:

To promote the integration of able-bodied and physically disabled people through adventure sailing.

 Real long term impact on people’s lives, within their families, workplace and communities.

Fun, excitement, adventure, opportunity, fulfilment and real joy.

We own and operate two very special tall ships – the LORD NELSON and TENACIOUS. They are the only tall ships in the world that are specially designed to enable people of all physical abilities to take an active role on board.

Disabled people are given the opportunity to share the thrills and challenges of offshore sailing. The emphasis is on ability and sharing experiences.

We have people sail with us from all over the UK and further afield. We strive to have an equal mix of able-bodied and physically disabled crew on each trip we provide (up to 40 on every voyage)

We also strive to achieve integration on other levels i.e. of age, background, religion, culture, and gender. The youngest crew member has been 16 and the oldest 92!
