Cornwall Food Foundation
Our mission is to inspire people in Cornwall through food and enable those in greatest need to achieve meaningful, sustained change through training, employment and better life opportunities whilst adding value to the local economy.
WHO WE ARE:
The Cornwall Food Foundation is best known for managing the Fifteen Cornwall Apprentice Programme and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall restaurant. The Foundation is now working on creating new vocational training opportunities and engaging communities through food-related activities focussing on health, education and employment.
WHAT WE DO:
- Run a first class restaurant experience through Fifteen Cornwall
- Deliver award-winning training and development programmes with appropriate welfare support
- Strengthen local food systems with our suppliers and producers, increasing value, consistency, availability and quality
- Improve Cornwall's food skills through community-based activities, focusing on health, education, skills and employment
