Stevenage Haven exists to provide shelter and support to single men and women who are unfortunate enough to find themselves homeless.  Stevenage Haven achieves this by providing the following services:

• An 18 bed emergency single homeless hostel, Chris Foster House, which is open 24 x 7 all year round.  A range of Hostel Day Services are avaialable to residents and may also be accessed by ex-residents. Each resident has an allocated keyworker and they work together to develop a support plan which aims to help them access alternative accommodation and to address the issues which led to them becoming homelessness.

• Seventeen units of Move On Accommodation for ex-hostel residents providing ongoing support for as long as needed.
  

• A Floating Support Service which  provides support to ex-residents in their own homes, allowing problems to be resolved without impacting their tenancies.
  

• Day Services are provided at the hostel and these include a six week Tenancy Training Course, based on Broadways Its Your Move programme.
