Headway Suffolk’s aims are to provide rehabilitation, care and support for people with an acquired brain injury or neurological condition, and to offer their families, friends or carers respite, support and advice.
The services offered will assist in recovery and rehabilitation, help to develop social and daily living skills and help those who are able and wish to do so to progress on to other services.
Aims of the service are to provide an environment where service users can learn, relearn and practice skills in the company of others with peer support and understanding of their needs.
To provide varied participative rehabilitation activities and services geared to the individuals needs, to improve general quality of life, to provide respite for the relatives or carers of the service users, to reduce the development of higher levels of dependency or deterioration in the health of service users
We provide specilised domiciliary care and support in the community to people with an acquired brain injury or neurological condition.
