Can you help HeartLine Association raise funds to support heart children and their families?

One in every 145 babies has some kind of heart disorder. And some children develop heart conditions at an early age.  This means that every year about 5000 will be added to the list of children in the UK with  heart disease

Heartline parents have been there – the diagnosis before your child is born, the struggles to feed, the anxious wait for appointments, the joy of a positive prognosis, the horrors seeing your child go through heart surgery

Using volunteers throughout the country, we provide a website with a hugely useful forum, a telephone helpline, a regular magazine, booklets for older children, holidays for heart children, holidays for their brothers and sisters.

Sadly it is still true that a heart disorder is the birth defect most likely to result in the death of the child.     And if sadly you have lost your heart child, we welcome bereaved members who can find continual support in our community and remembrance of  their child on the Heart of Stars.
