Kate's is a charity set up to help patients and their families in their own home through the last stage of illness.
It isn’t always possible to fulfil a patient’s wish to die at home and Kate’s Home Nursing aims to complement district nursing and GP services to assist patients who have decided they wish to be in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
The goal of the palliative care we provide is the achievement of the best quality of life for patients.
