Leap Confronting Conflict (Leap) is a UK specialist in youth and conflict. We work nationally with young people aged 11-25, helping them to understand, manage and resolve the everyday conflict in their lives, and empowering them to become role models and leaders of positive change in their communities.

Our vision is a nation of young people constructively managing conflict in their communities, and we rely on your generosity to help continue this work.
