About Suffolk Young People's Health Project
We work in partnership to provide services that address health inequalities amongst young people aged 12-25 and to improve their social, physical and emotional health and well-being.
Suffolk Young People's Health Project -4YP- provides an environment that is warm, open, fun, friendly, safe and confidential for young people to be able to engage in a variety of activities that enhances their holistic health and well-being.
The services and experiences provided allow for and encourage the growth in young people's confidence, self esteem, communication skills, respect and tolerance for others and their communities. Specialist services and activities include counselling, sexual health, Chlamydia screening, substance misuse, smoking cessation, information, support and guidance, cooking, nutritional and budgeting skills, life and social skills and outdoor activities.
