Optua is a Suffolk-based disability charity, providing a wide range of services to people with physical, sensory and learning disabilities.

Our mission is "To enable and empower people to be their best, whatever their disability."

Our services include Leisure, Day Trips, Disability Sports, Community Transport, Advice & Advocacy, Community Brain Injury Service and a Volunteer Centre. If you are interested in any of our services or in volunteering with Optua please see our website for details at www.optua.org.uk.

We have been fortunate to have people doing a whole host of events for us this year including running the Whole Hog, a charity car wash, charity concerts and sponsored events such as walks and cycles. If you would like to run, walk or sing for us (or anything else) please get in touch.
