Skill Force works to increase the number of young people going on to positive destinations when they leave school: finding a job, moving on to further education or getting into an apprenticeship or other training.

Skill Force passionately believes that every young person has the potential to achieve if given a chance. Skill Force employs ex-Service personnel as Instructors, working in pairs to deliver our innovative alternative education programme. Our staff reinvest their world class training and life skills into the very communities they came from before serving in the Forces.
