The J's Hospice

The J’s Hospice aims to build the first age-appropriate, environmentally friendly hospice for 18 to 40 year olds with life limiting conditions in the East of England. The Js will also be offering a Js@home service, to offer care and support, practical nursing care, and specialist advice to all young adults with such life-limiting illness in their own home. Our services will be provided without charge to the patient, family and carers including end of life and bereavement support.
