The Js Hospice is delivering the pioneering The J's at Home Service throughout Essex, offering respite, hospice and end of life care and bereavement support with practical nursing care, and specialist advice to all 18 to 40 year old young adults with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses and for their families and carers in the comfort of their own home. Our services are being provided without charge to the patient, family and carers. 
We need £625,000 to run The Js Hospice this year. The J’s Hospice aims to build the first age-appropriate, environmentally friendly hospice for 18 to 40 year olds with life-limiting conditions in the East of England.
