Time Together is a Charity that provides personalised, one to one support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and brain injuries in the local community.

We work closely with the individual and their families, and carer’s, to provide packages of support to enable them to live the lives that they choose, and to be active members of their local community.

We support people to go to work, to take part in leisure activities, to make new friends and anything else that will enrich there quality of life.

The individual that we are providing the support for is always at the centre of the work that we do.
