Toma Fund is a regional charity that supports children, teenagers, young adults and their families from North East England & Cumbria who are living through treatment for childhood cancers.
The charity is founded out of the personal experience of Andrea and David Thompson who tragically lost their beloved son Jordan in 2007 aged just 15 from Leukaemia and then in 2010 Andrea's little niece Sophie died aged 2 from Neuroblastoma.
The experience of the Thompson family as they lived through treatment for childhood cancer has guided the support that Toma Fund is able to offer and has been the inspiration behind the charity's activities.
