The Wilf Ward Family Trust has been providing social care services since 1986 to a range of children, adults and older people with health or disability needs. These include: * Personal or Home Care to families of disabled children and young people, adults and older people * Short Breaks, Holidays and Residential Services for children and adults with disabilities * Supported Living Schemes - for people with learning and/or physical disabilities * Activities and Access to Individual Community Services for adults and children * Direct Payments Support Agencies As a Registered Charity The Trust is proud of its achievements in supporting all vulnerable individuals in maximising their independence in the community. We believe passionately that people should be given choice and control over the services they need by ensuring a personalised and tailor made package. The Trust operates across the Yorkshire and North East of England regions and has plans to extend into other local authority areas as development opportunities arise.
