Amies Alarms for All

'Amie The Bear'

Our 8 month old baby girl Amie started having seizures out of the blue in May this year. After a spell in Yorkhill she was diagnosed with epilepsy and will now be on anti seizure medication for some years. Her seizures are still not under control, the last one being 4 weeks ago, and they have progressed to tonic-clonic seizures where she stops breathing, is unresponsive and shakes.

We have discovered there are many families out there with children with similar seizures whose lives would be improved if they had an epilepsy seizure alarm which triggers if a nocturnal seizure occurs.

These alarms retail between £500 and £750 each and we would like to raise as much money as possible to help these families in need.

We are delighted that you have come to this page to support an amazing cause, so thank you.

The money raised will be split between two charities who tirelessly campaign to raise funds for alarms, they have waiting lists of over 250 people each at this current time.

We are holding a Race Night on Sat 3 October in Glasgow Indoor Bowling Club so if your donation is to -
