The whole purpose of the event is to develop people’s knowledge and use of the power of music to either improve your performances or simply to inspire you to take up running in the first place. Through the science behind the event, we hope more people will begin to consider in more depth the music they listen to before, during or after running. We have placed music at 11 points around the course to help get you around. You have told us your preferred genres and therefore this will be the music played. It might not all be to everyone’s tastes but the beats per minute will be played in time according to the science and should help you get round the course through the streets of Greenwich.
