Charity

wannabeamazin
The wannabeamazin project provides children in Uganda with enjoyable recreational activities. Our focus is on working in poor communities to develop Resource Centres, which offer the whole community the opportunity to read, draw and play, and encouraging personal development and creativity. By engaging young people and aspiring them to think of the future, we can bring the whole community together and provide a platform to tackle some of the important issues they face, such as poverty, poor health and lack of education.

My page: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/LEJOGCycleChallenge

Hi, thanks for visiting our page.

Over the Easter holidays, a dedicated team of volunteers is setting off on the gruelling challenge of cycling the length of the country from Lands End to John O'Groats.

Anna, Chris, Frank, Laurie, Paul and Karl will cover 1,000 miles over 15 tough days of cycling, with the aim of raising much needed funds for wannabeamazin's work over in Uganda.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to the charitiy. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on the charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.

We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
