The Bobby Moore Fund
The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK raises money for research into bowel cancer, and also works to raise public awareness of the disease. Stephanie Moore MBE established the Bobby Moore Fund, in partnership with Cancer Research UK, in 1993. The Fund was set up in memory of Stephanie's late husband, footballer Bobby Moore OBE, who sadly died from bowel cancer, aged just 51. Each year, with the help of people like you, the Bobby Moore Fund raises over £2 million for vital bowel cancer research.
Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Charity
The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Charity (incorporating the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation) is the official charity for the Freeman Hospital. The charity enhances patient care, treatment and experience through a wide variety of grants; supports innovative research and facilitates additional training and support for NHS staff. A full list of services provided by the hospital is available on request.

30.00 Centre Circle Miles - 3000runstreakdays

Fundraiser:
Paul Smith

My page: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/LordSmythe1908

Thursday March 19th will see me reach my 3,000th runstreak day, that is running 3,000 consecutive days, without missing a day, commencing January 1st 2007.

To celebrate and commemorate this personal achievement, I intend to run 30.00miles…. around a football (soccer) pitch centre circle, by my calculations 830laps and will take place at Consett AFC's Belle Vue Stadium.

Like my previous fundraising running challenges once again with a football theme, quirky, crazy and dizzy challenge which will be tough both physically and mentally.

My chosen charities are to be - The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation and Bobby Moore Fund (tackling bowel cancer) #twobobbygreats

Total cash raised will be equally divided 50% between both charities.

In recognition of the latter charity, I shall run the 30 centre circle miles dressed as the legend himself, Bobby Moore!

All support and donations will be greatly appreciated by myself and both of these worthwhile charities.

Let's tackle cancer and kick it into touch!
