Arthritis Research UK
Arthritis Research UK is the charity leading the fight against arthritis. We’re working to take the pain away for sufferers of all forms of arthritis and helping people to remain active. We’ll do this by funding high class research, providing information and campaigning. Everything we do is underpinned by research.

Everything Arthritis Research UK does is underpinned by Research and this work takes the pain away from sufferers of all forms of arthritis and helps people to remain active.  I will be walking the Arthritis Research mile with Catherine Bull.  Cat was just 14 when she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis after suffering increasing pain in her knees, feet and wrist for more than a year.  Cat was put onto a drug called Etanercept, one of a new class of therapies for severe Rheumatoid Arthritis that was pioneered by Arthritis Research UK and has transformed Cat’s quality of life and has been a huge improvement.  Despite a hip replacement, Cat is leading a remarkable life now and Cat and I are hoping to raise awareness of arthritis in young people as one of Cat’s main struggles was people not understanding what she was going through. I hope that you will support Cat and the many young people that need support by donating to Arthritis Research UK and easing the suffering and pain so many go through.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
