The Hotcourses Foundation works in partnership with Nyumbani UK and aims to make a measurable, tangible difference to the lives of some of the poorest children in the world. We focus on AIDS-affected orphans in Kenya by building schools and providing money to fund education, books and uniforms.

Hi there,
On the weekend of my 28th birthday I have decided to do something worthwhile with my life and compete in the 3 peaks challenge - climbing Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scaffell Pike (England) and Snowden (Wales) - in 24 hours.
Those who know me well would know that this is rather..out of character...for me, so I am pleased to say that I am doing it all in the name of a good cause (to prove my point - I tried to find a picture of me doing something sporty and it appears that one doesnt exist).
The Hotcourses Foundation and NyumbaniUK work tirelessly with AIDS affected children in some of the poorest areas of Kenya.
