JM is the overseas development arm of the British Jesuits. In partnership with Jesuits overseas we seek to promote “a faith that does justice”. Or principle partners are the Jesuits in Guyana, South Africa and Zimbabwe, where we assist in social projects, schools, health care, orphanages, disaster relief and parish based self help schemes. We are able to pass on 100% of donations received to specific projects, thus maximising the effectiveness of the donations of our supporters. For more details go to www.gbjm.org

Rupert Jolleys fundraising page
Hello,
I’m running the London Marathon for the first time, in April this year, in aid of Jesuit Missions, to support their extraordinary work around the globe.
Jesuit Missions is an organisation set up to provide support and funds for missionaries in Guyana, Zimbabwe and South Africa. The missionaries themselves are Jesuits, and their responsibility is to serve the communities in which they are based. This work includes education, feeding programmes, hospitals, orphanages, community centres and - in times of drought and famine - emergency aid.
As well as supporting the work of British Jesuits, Jesuit Missions assist those from other Provinces working in the developing world, supporting missionaries and their work in Rwanda, Nepal, Bosnia, Philippines, Cambodia, India, Kenya and other developing nations.

I will be training in Oxford this winter, trying to get ready to win the marathon! I plan on smashing the record currently held by Emmanuel Mutai with a time of 2hr 4min and 38sec. But if for some reason I can’t beat his time, I'll just aim for under 4 hours.
Please support me - even the smallest donation will help improve the quality of someone’s life
All the money you give will go straight to Jesuit Missions, so please give generously.
Thanks for your time
Rupert
