Charities

MND Association
The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association is the only national charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland working to help people with MND secure the care and support they need, while also promoting research into causes, treatments and a cure. The Association has a vision of a world free of MND. Its mission is to fund and promote research to understand what causes MND, how to diagnose it and, most importantly, how to effectively treat it so that it no longer devastates lives. It is also committed to making sure everyone with MND receives the best care, achieves the highest quality of life possible, and dies with dignity. This includes supporting the families and carers of people with MND as well.
WaterAid
WaterAid is an international charity. Our mission is to overcome poverty by enabling the world’s poorest people to gain access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education. For a gift of just £15 WaterAid can enable one person in Africa or Asia access to these basic services.
The Jubilee Sailing Trust
The JST is a registered charity that owns and operates Lord Nelson and Tenacious, the only two tall ships in the world designed and built to enable people of all physical abilities to sail side-by-side as equals.
CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! Knowing your boobs could save your life. Our mission is to stamp out late detection and misdiagnosis of breast cancer by ensuring that people know the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, know what their boobs look and feel like normally, check their boobs regularly throughout their lifetime and have the confidence to seek medical referral when they detect abnormalities.

Ahoy!

Thank you for helping me support my chosen charities - each of whom I have chosen because of a personal link to the causes they support.

I hope you enjoy following my expeditions and are able to help me reach my target for the charities.

Virging Money Giving is the most efficient and charity-friendly set up I have come across online and, if you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid will be added.

Thanks again,

Sarah
