MND Association
The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association is the only national organisation in England, Wales and Northern Ireland dedicated to the support of people with MND and everyone who cares for them. We improve care and support for people with MND, their families and carers and fund and promote research that leads to new understanding and treatments, and brings us closer to a cure for MND. We also campaign and raise awareness so the needs of people with MND and everyone who cares for them are recognised and addressed by wider society. Our vision is a world free from MND. WaterAid is an international charity. Our mission is to overcome poverty by enabling the world’s poorest people to gain access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education. For a gift of just £15 WaterAid can enable one person in Africa or Asia access to these basic services.
The Jubilee Sailing Trust
The JST is a registered charity that owns and operates Lord Nelson and Tenacious, the only two tall ships in the world designed and built to enable people of all physical abilities to sail side-by-side as equals.
CoppaFeel! Knowing your boobs could save your life. Our mission is to stamp out late detection and misdiagnosis of breast cancer by ensuring that people know the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, know what their boobs look and feel like normally, check their boobs regularly throughout their lifetime and have the confidence to seek medical referral when they detect abnormalities.

The London2London:Via the World journey may be over, but my fundraising mission is not.

London2London:Via the World was a big mission - to journey around the northern hemisphere using human power. Route and methods evolved as the journey dictated, thwarted and moulded by some crazy weather at times.

On November 3rd 2015 I paddled under Tower Bridge for the second time, 4.5 years after I first paddled under it, home at last.

Thank you for helping me support my chosen charities - each of whom I have chosen because of a personal link to the causes they support.

Thanks again,

Sarah and my boats and bikes : Krissy, Nelson, Hercules, Gulliver and Happy Socks
