Macmillan Cancer Support
At Macmillan, we know cancer can affect everything. Your body, your relationships, your money, everything. But Macmillan is here to help people live life, no matter what. We give you the support you need to hold on to who you are and what’s important. But right now, we can’t reach everyone who needs us. Almost half of us will get cancer, and we need your help to make sure that people get the support they need to face one of the toughest fights of their lives. Life with cancer is still life -let’s help people live it. We are a charity registered in England and Wales (261017), Scotland (SCO39907) and the Isle of Man (604).

My page:

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

This years Macmillan Trail will be the 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path and really hope that the weather and path condititions are much better than last year along the North Downs Way,at least i will not wander off the path as the Sea will always be on my right hand side

I begin at St Dogmeals a short distance from Cardigan on June 6th and hopefully finish at Amroyh on the 21st.

I have only walked a very short section over 20 years ago,but looking forward to the challenge with the rich history and abundant Bird life that i pass by. Accommodation is a problem in the more remote areas, with a Caravan in the grounds of the Hibernia Hotel at Angle.Sady Haven is a Tidal crossing but if timing is out,an additional 41/2 miles will be added, plus the bounus of a scenic route amongst the Oli Barrels at Milford Haven.

My daily walking Blog  and routecan be found on www.
