Carousel helps make dreams come true for learning disabled artists! Founded in 1982, Carousel is a charity at the forefront of the revolution in disability-led arts. We work to promote the active involvement of people with a learning disability in the arts, teaching new artistic skills and developing existing talents.

Hello!
We are the Oska Bright Committee.
Oska Bright is the original award winning international film and digital media festival that features work made by people with a learning disability. Oska Bright is supported by Carousel and Junk TV.
The Steering Committee that runs and delivers Oska Bright is made up of experienced learning disabled film makers and arts managers.
We have asked our support team to hurl themselves from Bognor Pier as part of Bognor Birdman. Our fancy dress theme is the 'Wizard of Oska'.
Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us to do the jump and donations will be quickly processed and passed to us. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on our charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.
