Whistle while you walk...

Thank you for visiting our team's page for the London Legal Sponsored Walk 2012

We are walking the London Legal Sponsored walk to raise funds for our organisation Public Concern at Work (PCaW).

Our walk team includes: Carol Sergeant, Cathy James, Roger Kline, Alexandra Smith, Andrew Parsons,  Ciara Bottomley, Francesca West, Katie Greer , Shonali Routray, James Barradell-Smith, Will Gunn

Established in 1993, PCaW is the only dedicated whistleblowing charity and legal advice centre in the UK. Our four core activities are:

We offer free, confidential advice to people concerned about crime, danger or wrongdoing at work;
We help organisations to deliver and demonstrate good governance;
We inform public policy; and
We promote individual responsibility, organisational accountability and the public interest.
  • Safeguarding the public interest - helping to avert preventable disasters;
  • Running a free, confidential advice line for workers across the UK who are unsure whether or how to raise a public interest concern, and about the legal protection for whistleblowers;
  • Supporting organisations to develop good whistleblowing practice;
  • Campaigning for the protection of whistleblowers and for organisations and government to promote responsible whistleblowing.

Since the advice line started we have handled over 20,000 cases and the number of calls increases year on year. We need your support to reach out to more workers and ensure they know about us earlier so we can help them protect the public interest.

"Invaluable to talk to someone and get support ... It was really helpful when going through what I went through."
