Watford FC’s Community Sports and Education Trust is a self-financing and registered charity, which runs community sports and educational activities. With a dedicated, committed and extremely passionate team of staff CSE Trust is able to not only develop a wide range of creative projects, but also deliver them to a high quality. We currently focus on six key themes which are Sports Participation, Social Inclusion, Health, Environment, Education and Community Fcailities. Each of our community projects and activities fits under one of these themes or cuts across a number of them. Due to its success and popularity, the Trust now employs 21 full time staff and 50 seasonal staff. This has enabled the Trust to strengthen and broaden its partnerships with a wide variety of individuals and organisations. The Trust currently runs activity programmes within Hertfordshire and its surrounding areas, as well as in the London Boroughs of Harrow and Hillingdon. The Trust aims are: -To promote sport and learning opportunities to the wider community -To place Watford FC at the heart of its community by providing opportunities for interaction with the Club -To help grow the future supporter base of Watford FC by developing the geographical reach of the Club -To work with individuals and organisations to establish strong partnerships which provide a platform from which to develop and deliver worthwhile and beneficial community projects -To develop and implement new and forward thinking projects and initiatives which are in response to community needs -To help organisations develop and maximise the use of community facilities -To promote social responsibility and give support to those in need in order that they have respect for their community and are encouraged to make a positive contribution to society. Watford FC's CSE Trust has won the award as 'Community Club of the Year' for 2010 and 2008.

Thanks for visiting the Watford FC Community Trust Staff Team fundraising page for the 2012 London Nightrider charity event - nine Trust staff are taking part in an exciting 100km (66mile) moonlight cycle ride past London's iconic landmarks, in order to raise funds for the Trust's 'Every Player Counts' Disability Project. This project provides opportunities for children and young people with physical and learning disabilities.

Participation figures are in excess of 150,000 per year, which includes activities for kids, disabled people, young adults and adults 60+. The Trust has beeen awarded 'Community Club of the Year' in 2010 and 2008.
