The Waterside Charitable Trust aims to raise funds for health and youth programmes in Africa. It's main focus is currently in Kenya and in the city of Kisumu.

In June, I am running the Cotswold 100 Ultramarathon - that's right 100miles in less than 30 hours.
I'm doing this to raise valuable funds for the Waterside Charitable Trust - a small, cottage charity that helps fund projects in the slums of Kisumu in Kenya.
As the charity has no overheads, all the money donated goes directly to people in Kenya, to provide sanitation, build youth centres and create employment through the funding of small businesses.
Please dig deep - it's what I'll have to do to complete 100 miles of running...
