Romilly aims cares for homeless children in Africa. Life on the street where they are exposed to disease, malnutrition and every kind of abuse is terrible. Help us to care for them. Since Romilly's death in 1999 her charity, thanks to generous donations, has built 3 dormitories, two class rooms and sunk a borehole. Funds are urgently needed to continue the work of caring for the two shelters for homeless children at Naivasha in Kenya and at Kitwe in Zambia that Romilly helped to set up. Thank you for visiting our page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to Romilly's Foundation.
Romilly has built three dormitories, two class rooms and a borehole helping to found two shelters for homeless children. One of these is at Naivasha in Kenya, the other at Kitwe in Zambia. Both do wonderful work protecting children from a terrible existence on the streets. They both educate the children in their care, preparing them for independent productive lives. In addition the shelter in Kitwe reunites many homeless children with what remains of their families before they become embedded on the street.
Your generosity makes it possible for these two shelters to continue their very neccessary work.
Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations. Romilly pays no UK salaries and has very low administrative costs.
