Small Steps is a pre-school support service for babies and children under 4 years of age who have physical disabilities. Children attend structured sessions addressing all areas of their development. Parents are hands-on with their children and learn to help their child, directed and supported by a professional staff team including physiotherapists, teachers and conductors.

I did it!!!
Swim + Bike + Run in 2hrs and 59 minutes.
OK, but what was it for?
Its all in aid of a great little charity called SmallSteps - my friends Ian and Caroline have a daughter who has been helped a huge amount by the charity over the last few years.
Sounds great - what should I do?
Please give generously - it really is a very good cause. After you've donated lots of money you can give yourself a big pat on the back knowing that you really have helped to make a difference. Oh, and think of me on the 31st July while I'm floundering around in the London Docks with 10,000 others!
