The East Anglian Air Ambulance is a lifesaving charity covering the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. We receive no Government funding so are entirely dependant on fundraisers, donations and the generosity of the public. We have to raise over £3 million a year to continue our service, flying 365 days a year, with an average of four to five missions per day. Beacuse our crews can get to patients fast and provide advanced medical attention we can be the difference between complete recovery and long term injury, life and death. Road traffic accidents account for over 50% of the incidents we're called to. Due to the speed of the helicopters it takes no more than 13 minutes to the nearest A&E department within the region. It's your support that enables us to save lives.

Hi Guys, thanks for visiting my page. I'm not sure what came over me the day i signed up for this...it's something I've always wanted to do but quietly put off ! The event is such a great idea with 100 people all targeted to raise a great amount of money, which really adds up when you X100 !! Any money you can donate will be greatly appreciated! I'm hoping to get some good video footage which could be quite amusing, if possible i'll be sure to distribute this for your amusement !
