Alex is running the London Marathon

Update 24/2/10: Managed 10 miles in training last night, calf aches again this morning, I don't think i'll get a very good time at Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon on Sunday. Still, I might get to meet Kelly Holmes so not all bad
Update 17/3/10: Got my first 20 mile training run on my schedule done Sunday just gone, a nice feeling to have got under my belt. 3 more to do before the big day, including one on the Isle of Wight! No new injuries to report, though my left calf is still giving me a bit of grief.
Update 26/4/10: Well I did it, got round in 4.08.28, and am very sore today! Thanks everyone for your generosity, good luck messages, and support on the day - all made it a lot easier.
