Three Peaks Challenge - 16 June 2012

The Three Peaks Challenge is described as one of the UK's ultimate challenges which involves trekking to the top of the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales - with the aim to complete it in 24 hours.

So I have never been one to shy away from a challenge and when this idea was discreetly slipped into a conversation it didn't  take much to convince me, thanks Tara for giving the initial nudge! I may be f-ing and blinding when halfway up a mountain though.Last time I completed Snowdon, I ran down it having a hissy fit, I am really hoping  this doesn't end in the same way. 

I am certainly looking forward to giving it a go and it is in aid of a fantastic cause.

17.04.12 Good luck with this - I know only too well, having tackled the 3 peaks in my early 20s, how tough it is so yes, definitely start training now for it and claim a massage asap on your return! xx
