Macmillan Cancer Support
At Macmillan, we know cancer can affect everything. Your body, your relationships, your money, everything. But Macmillan is here to help people live life, no matter what. We give you the support you need to hold on to who you are and what’s important. But right now, we can’t reach everyone who needs us. Almost half of us will get cancer, and we need your help to make sure that people get the support they need to face one of the toughest fights of their lives. Life with cancer is still life -let’s help people live it. We are a charity registered in England and Wales (261017), Scotland (SCO39907) and the Isle of Man (604).
Cancer Research UK
Cancer Research UK is the world’s leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. We’ve saved millions of lives by discovering new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer, and survival has doubled over the past 40 years. We fund research into more than 200 types of cancer from the most common, such as breast, bowel, lung and prostate cancers, to rare types of tumours and children’s cancers, we support groundbreaking science that benefits everyone.

Amie Sings for Bowel Cancer

Amie Clapson

My page:

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

My name is Amie.  On Tuesday 12th April this year, I was told I had Bowel Cancer.  Obviously this news was unexpected and a shock, but from diagnosis, after surgery and throughout chemo, I have been able to be positive with the help of my family & friends, and the power of music.

So I can think of no better way to fundraise for two great charities: Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research for Bowels, than to have a celebratory music concert for friends and family.

For tickets contact me on 01992 471346.

If you are unable to attend the concert, please make a donation.  Every pound counts.  Even £1 would make a great difference and will be greatly appreciated.  With Gift Aid it means that your £1 becomes £1.25 with no extra expense to you.  It soon adds up!  Thank you for anything you can spare.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support.  You've all been amazing.

Thank you,

Amie x
