We provide a single focus for the charities that support serving and former members of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines. It is our aim to raise more money so that we can give more money away.

HMS Atherstone Charity Iron Man 70.3
Welcome to our fundraising page!
6 members of MCM2 Crew 6, currently deployed to the Gulf in HMS Atherstone are undertaking a epic challenge in aid of the RNRMC. Over 23 and 24 November our team, and that from USS Warrior, an American Mine Hunter, will pit themselves against a gruelling Half Iron Man (70.3) event, organised by the crews, at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) in Bahrain.
The Challenge...

The event promises to be a real test of grit and endurance, especially given the heat and our busy programme at sea which seriously limits the training which can be undertaken - but as they say no pain, no gain!

The team have a real mix of experience, some being seasoned triathletes and some enthusiastic newcomers to the field of endurance sports.
Fundraising...
We are hoping to raise as much as we can for the RNRMC who have been increasingly busy in recent years given the high tempo of naval operations on land and at sea. To find out more about the amazing work they do in support of the men and women of the naval services please visit their website at: https://rnrmc.org.uk.
We will also be raising funds on the day for a local charity, the RIA Centre in Bahrain, which provides educational facilities for children, many with learning difficulties - we'll keep you posted on our efforts there too!
Any support will be greatly appreciated by us and our charities, and will help us to contribute to these very busy organisations who do so much to support others.
