Bob Champion Cancer Trust
Bob Champion was diagnosed with cancer in two parts of his body at the height of his riding career and the dream that kept him going through the long months of chemotherapy, was that one day he might win the Grand National on Aldaniti, against the odds in 1981 his dream came true. The interest and enthusiasm generated by racing’s greatest fairytale led to the foundation in 1983 of the Bob Champion Cancer Trust. Since then much has been achieved by the Trust and its work into testicular and prostate cancer continues to give hope to thousands of men affected by cancer each year.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.On the 20th April 2017 I am riding in a charity flat race at Cheltenham racecourse for the Bob Champion Cancer Trust and Hannah's Willberry wonder pony charity. The charity's are very close to my heart at the moment as my daughter Grace is fighting Leukemia at the moment having been diagnosed 6 months ago. Please help me raise money for these fab charity's and hopefully I will be riding the winner up the Cheltenham hill!

Before joining the Army I had the opportunity to work and ride for Martin Pipe and even had a couple of rides around Cheltenham. Hopefully I will now be riding for his son David and to get to ride once again at Cheltenham is very exciting!

Since being in the Army I have also rode around Sandown park in both the Grand Military and the Royal Artillery Gold Cup and also rode for the Queen mother a couple of times which was a thrill and an honour.

The charities are close to my heart as as well as my daughter I have had cancer twice after being diagnosed initially with a synovial sarcoma in my leg.

Please give generously and many thanks for reading my page.
