In Memory of Tony Beadle

Fundraiser:
John Beadle

My page: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/BigBadBeadle

My father, Tony Beadle, passed away on January 7th 2012 following a recent heart attack and triple bypass operation. He was taken into Harefield hospital just before Xmas where he stayed until his operation - from which he was unable to recover.

Our family was amazed and comforted by the incredibly staff at Harefield hospital and their tireless approach to do everything for him in his fight for life. Although was not one of the lucky ones, they do amazing work saving many lives from such near-death situtations that I felt compelled to raise as many funds for them as possible as part of my marathon journey.

From the staff on the wards, to the diligent and attentive nurses in the Intensive Treatment Unit, my Dad was given everything available to fight for life. It truly is one of THE best places for cardiac related illnesses. I want to use my marathon to raise awareness of their amazing work and collect as many funds as possible for them so that they may continue to help people in similar circumstances again for many more years to come.

Please donate what you can and keep one of the best NHS hospitals in the country afloat so future patients can be saved by their devotion and dedication.
