2012 Brighton Marathon

15 April 2012

Just two Brighton Marathons behind us and the Olympic year to come these are exciting times for running in the oh so energised city of Brighton and Hove and in the UK generally; next year will be quite some year! We anticipate the 2012 edition of the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 15th April, being bigger than either of the two previous editions and entries have been pouring in since the Monday morning immediately after our recent race on April 10th. If you’re thinking about entering, don’t think for too long!

Two years ago I ran the London Marathon and now I'm at it again, but this time in Brighton...

I know money's too tight to mention nowadays and we're all a bit brassic - so all I'm crossing my fingers for is that 50 people can pledge just a tenner each - that way I'll reach my £500 target. 

I really need your support to make it through and this year I am raising money for Mind - for better mental health (coz I must be a bit mental myself trying to run over 26 miles in just a few hours again...)

So if 50 of you lovely friends and family can each sponsor me just £10 then I'll run those 26 and a bit miles in April with my head held high knowing that it's all worth while.
