Charity
The Carers Centre for Brighton and Hove has been working since 1988 to support all those in the city providing unpaid care to someone because of illness, disability, substance misuse or old age. Our teams of support workers help carers by providing them with the information needed to ease their caring role, such as how to access benefits or other services. We also provide much-needed emotional support. We organise regular groups, activities and events for carers, giving them the chance to meet others in similar situations and to have their say in developing local services.

Silvia's fundraising page
Hi, thanks for visiting my page!
The Carers Centre for Brighton & Hove is a local charity which supports anyone caring for a partner, relative or friend who needs help because of illness, disability, substance misuse or old age.
This charity does an amazingly good job and - in these precarious times - it deserves all the help it can get to be able to keep doing so, regardless of where you live.
And why is it important to help carers? Have a look at these numbers: http://www.carersuk.org/newsroom/stats-and-facts
I really appreciate all your help in spreading the word and thank you for any donations.
