We are Mal Law & James Harcombe. We know the value of running in beautiful places for managing mental wellbeing. We love Big, Hairy, Audacious personal challenges. And we are passionate about using our love of trail running to make a positive difference in the world. Put all that together and you have Chasing The Dragon - 1700km of tough, hilly trail running around the periphery of Wales to raise money for Mind, the mental health charity.

Sounds tough? Well, we've made it even tougher... this run has only ever been done once before and it took 40 days. Our aim is to knock it off in just 25 days!

Our journey will be a very up & down one, both literally and figuratively. In that way it mirrors the battle that so many people have with depression. It will hurt. A lot! Please give what you can to make our pain worthwhile.

THANK YOU for your support.

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to Mind.

Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.
